Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

Material on this site is provided for general information only and may not be accurate, complete or current. We may modify site content at any time but have no obligation to update any information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes.

4) Prices, Taxes & Shipping Fees

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT (where applicable). Standard shipping is free. If any optional paid services are selected at checkout (e.g., expedited delivery), applicable charges will be shown before you pay.

5) Orders, Processing & Delivery (UK-only)

• Shipping area: we currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
• Processing time: typically 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time after dispatch: typically 5–9 business days.
• Fulfilment: orders may be prepared and dispatched from our authorised fulfilment centres and logistics partners. Items in the same order may ship separately.
• Order acceptance: all orders are subject to acceptance, availability and fraud checks. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and exclude processing time, weekends and UK public holidays.

6) Product Information & Availability

We try to display colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display will be exact. We may limit sales to any person or region, limit quantities, change descriptions or prices without notice, and discontinue products at any time.

7) Billing & Account Information

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order (including orders placed under the same account, card or address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it as needed.

8) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Summary)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

• Returns window: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Return postage: customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will remedy this in line with your statutory rights.

These Terms and any related dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
