What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
Processing is typically 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–9 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
How do I track my parcel?
We’ll email a shipping confirmation (and SMS if selected) with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Can my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Yes. To keep things moving, items may ship separately from our authorised fulfilment centres and logistics partners. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. After dispatch, please follow our Returns & Refunds process.
What is your returns window?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging and tags.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in line with your statutory rights.
How do I start a return?
Email support@wearcarter.com with your order number, item(s) and reason. We’ll issue return instructions (RMA). Please don’t send items back without authorisation.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return arrives and passes inspection, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take an extra 2–5 business days to post funds.
Do you offer exchanges?
For the fastest turnaround, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/colour.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and popular digital wallets. Additional options (e.g., Shop Pay/Klarna) may appear at checkout based on eligibility.
All payments are processed by secure gateways; we don’t store your full card details.
Are prices inclusive of VAT and shipping?
Yes — prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT. Standard UK shipping is free.
I see a charge but no confirmation — what should I do?
Please check your spam folder and ensure your email/mobile were entered correctly. If you still can’t find your confirmation, contact us and we’ll check the order status.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our Sizing Guide and product descriptions for fit notes. If you’re between sizes, our team can help — just get in touch.
Will the colour match the photos?
We aim to show colours as accurately as possible, but displays can vary by device settings and lighting.
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest or create an account to view order history and faster checkout next time.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors using encryption and fraud screening. We recommend using strong, unique passwords for your account.
